About Us

IMG_2088Landscape architecture is the integration of landscape and architecture, people and place, the built and the natural. Landscape design creates people-centered, human-scale outdoor spaces that solve site problems and create new possibilities, combining geometry and existing site eccentricities.  Collaboration is paramount– between the landscape architect, the client, and the site as well as with architects, builders, and artisans.  The firm’s award-winning designed landscapes cross scales from garden to campus.

In addition to 25 years in practice, Holly Grace Nelson is an Associate Professor of Professional Practice at Rutgers University’s Landscape Architecture Department where she teaches site design, planting design, social and cultural aspects of design, and praxis studio.
